Admission

Students entering the College of Business Administration will be designated as Pre-Business (PBUS) until declaring a Major Option.

Admission to a Major Option is limited to those students who meet the following requirements:

  • Completion of at least 48 credit hours with a minimum GPA (grade point average) of 2.0 in all courses attempted.
  • Completion of the following courses (or equivalents) with a grade of "C" or better:

    ENGL 1312
    MATH 1320 & MATH 2301
    ECON 2303 & ECON 2304
    QMB 2301
    ACCT 2301 & ACCT 2302.

Before enrolling in junior or senior level business courses students must complete all non-business and business foundation requirements.
