you to enter the business world one step ahead of the rest. We are educating the next generation of business leaders and growing a new
breed of entrepreneurs. Many of our graduates are choosing to be their own boss
by starting their own businesses with the skills they have learned and practiced
at UTEP.
The Bachelor of Business Administration is the most popular degree program
offered by the UTEP College of Business Administration. With departments of

Student professional development is a focal point at UTEP Business. Programs that
focus on skill development, corporate experience, and exposure to
national/international business environments are integrated into our students’
learning experiences. From our freshman orientation program for new business
students to career workshops for graduating seniors, the college's Undergraduate Advising Center provides our students with the skills they need
to succeed in the real world.
But it is not all business at UTEP. Miner athletics and on-campus entertainment add pizzazz to
your learning experience. Exchange programs, student government and other
leadership opportunities abound. Numerous business student organizations
complement students’ formal education by providing support and networking
opportunities
AACSB Accreditation
The UTEP College of Business Administration
has earned AACSB Accreditation for both its Business Administration and
Accounting programs. Less than 5 percent of business schools world-wide have
earned this prestigious designation from AACSB International—The Association
to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business—which provides global leadership in
advancing management education.
