Policies

You must be currently enrolled as a student in the College of Business. This means students must be business majors to use the center.
You must present a valid UTEP ID. No exceptions.
Students must swipe their UTEP ID every time they enter AND exit the center.
No food or drink allowed.
No children are allowed in the Student Center.

To get a laptop you must be currently enrolled as a student in the College of Business
You must present a valid UTEP ID.
A laptop may be borrowed for up to three hours only. Students will be penalized if they fail to return laptop within the three hour time limit by not being allowed to check out laptops for two weeks.
Laptops cannot be taken outside of the Student Center.
Pending the availability of laptops, a student may borrow a laptop for an additional three hours by rechecking out the laptop at the front desk.
A laptop cannot be left unattended by the student who signed it out. If the student must exit the center the laptop must be returned to the Student Center staff at the front desk.

To reserve a room you must be currently enrolled as a student in the College of Business.
You must present a valid UTEP ID. No exceptions.
Room reservations can only be made one week in advance and must be in person. (For example, if today is Tuesday, you can reserve any day through Tuesday of the following week.)
Up to two (2) reservations per person per week.
If you are more than ten (10) minutes late the reservation is subject to cancellation.
Rooms are guaranteed for up to two (2) hours only.
