Curriculum

The course of study for the Bachelor of Business Administration degree includes four sets of academic requirements:

Non-Business Foundation Requirements   45 semester hours
Pre-Business Foundation Requirements   15 semester hours
Business Core Requirements   36 semester hours
Major Option Requirements   24 semester hours
Total: 120 semester hours

Non-Business Foundation Requirements

The UTEP Core Curriculum is included in the Non-Business Foundation requirements. To minimize the number of courses taken, students should select core curriculum courses carefully. See the recommended course sequence for a suggested semester-by-semester plan. The advisors in the Undergraduate Student Development Center can help you if you have questions.
